Nokia's Xpress-on GPS shell

Nokia's - Xpress-on GPS Shell allows Nokia phones to be GPS enabled. I haven't been able to identify how the device fits on, but knowing how Nokia phones can be pulled apart and 'new shells' placed on them, I guess the GPS shell works the same way. The flash demo on the Nokia site shows a description of how the GPS feature could be used. I am not sure if the apps shown in the demo are standard - such as the hiking app or store finder, but they've made the whole location based services functionality via GPS look quite simple. I am also interested in the WayPoint feature that allows you to make notes about a place of interest and send it to your friends.
